My name is Nargis and I am a very experienced personal trainer who has tried everything in the book. Although I have my dream body now and quite easily it wasn’t always this way. I used to portion control, tried every diet in the book from south beach, to Atkins, to Paleo to you name it I’ve tried it. I would overwork my body working out intensely for 3-4 hours every day and yet it was two steps forward and one step back.
